Jimmy "Duke" Sexton was always shy and quiet in school but I did get the chance to know him better a few years after high school. We met again through mutual friends and discovered we both played a little guitar and spent many hours "jamming" and partying. We both eventually went in other directions but I did meet up with "Duke" again. He was working as a City Inspector for High Point, he had gotten married and had a young daughter. Unfortunately, the next news I heard was about his passing a few years later. I'm glad I did get another opportunity to spend some time and get to know him better. "Duke" was a great guy and I'm sure he'll be missed by all who got to really know him.
