Randy and I were great friends!  We had too much fun in Mr. Green's history class so he had to put us opposite sides of the room..  We just couldn't stop joking around! :)  He took me to the 69-70 Junior/Senior prom and he couldn't have been more of a gentleman and friend.  I was very sorry to hear he had passed away.  I always had a soft spot in my heart for Randy.  He was the best, always ready with a joke or a shoulder.  He is missed.

Randy was in my family life class.  He had a very dry sense of humor and it was difficult for me to quit giggling at his jokes and pay attention to the teacher.  I'm sorry to hear of his death.

Until I got on this website yesterday I did not know that Randy has passed away and I wish I knew the details.  I have known Randy and cared about him from early years in elementary school and dated him a few times when I would come home for the holidays from college.  He was such a great guy, easy to talk to and he was a big part of my growing up and school memories.  He always had a great sense of humor and his friendship was always a safe harbor.  Randy could make anyone laugh and he loved it if he got you reprimanded in class for being distracted.  The day JFK was killed Randy and I had been sent out in the hall for disrupting class again and the teacher came out there to bring us in to a reality check.  Over the years whenever I would see anything on the news about JFK, I would always think of Randy because we had sharred that news together out in the hall and his reaction definately imprinted my memory of that day.

I am so sad to hear Randy is not here any longer.  He was my first junior high school boyfriend. He was such the gentleman!

Randy and I were always in homeroom together and enjoyed being in plays together.  If it wasn't for good morning greetings from  Randy, Keith Holiday and Rodney Holland, my day would not have started off right. He was a great guy.  He will always be missed and  loved by so many.

It won't be the same without Randy.  I have many fond memories of growing up with him! He was a true friend with a great since of humor and will be greatly missed! It was wonderful seeing him at the 1996 reunion and seeing him so happy.
