Obituary for Linda Price Hall
Linda Price Hall, 69, of Greensboro, peacefully passed away Tuesday, September 27, 2022 surrounded by family members. Linda was born July 7, 1953, in Sullivan County, TN.
Linda was a Graduate from Guilford Technical Community College with an Associate in Applied Science.
Linda was employed by Remco Supply as a bookkeeper, where her coworkers were like a second family. She enjoyed spending time with her family and traveling with her sister Mae and her daughter, Rachel. Linda and Mae recently enjoyed an Alaskan cruise and a cross-country train trip as well as many trips to the beach. Linda’s passion was reading, books and Genealogy. She spent countless hours researching the family history.
She was preceded in death by her parents Raymond Roscoe and Geraldine “Gerry” Geer Price and her brother, Donald David Price.
She is survived by her daughter Rachel Nolan (Nick) of Kernersville, two sisters, Jeanelle “Nelle” Price Hutchinson (David) and Mae Price; her brother, Lee Price, all of Greensboro; her niece, Allyson K Hutchinson; and a nephew, Ethan G Hutchinson (Sarah) and three grandchildren, Kathryn Nolan, Joshua Nolan and Matthew Nolan.
Linda delighted in the achievements of her grandchildren Katie, Josh and Matt. She enjoyed watching the boys play baseball & football and sewing with Katie. She was always there to support them and rejoiced in watching them grow into the strong individuals they are today.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Forbis & Dick Guilford Chapel, with the service beginning at 3:00 PM. The service will be conducted by Pastor Susan Hoyle.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Epilepsy Foundation or Pancreatic Cancer Research Foundation.
